Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial Period

  • 9 days free to try the service with no commitment
  • No charges are made during the trial period
  • You can cancel at any time during the trial at no cost
  • No credit card required to start the trial

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalties:

  • Via WhatsApp: Write "cancel subscription" to your BAI assistant
  • Via email: Send your request to hey@baios.ai
  • Via WhatsApp direct: Contact +57 300 344 2005

When you cancel, your access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing period. There are no additional charges or penalties for canceling.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Guaranteed Refund

We offer a full refund if you request it within the first 7 days after your first subscription payment.

3.2 After the Guarantee Period

  • After 7 days from the first payment, no refunds are granted for partial periods
  • When canceling, you keep access until the end of the billed period
  • There are no future charges once the subscription is canceled

3.3 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the guarantee period:

  • Email: hey@baios.ai (include your username)

We process refund requests within 5-10 business days.

4. What Happens When You Cancel

  • Access: Continues until the end of the billed period
  • Data: Retained for 30 days in case you decide to return
  • Deletion: After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted
  • Immediate deletion: You can request immediate deletion of your data by contacting us

5. Plan Changes

We currently offer a single plan. If we add additional plans in the future, plan changes will be prorated based on the remaining time of your current subscription.

6. Special Circumstances

In exceptional cases (prolonged technical issues attributable to BAI, duplicate charges, or other extraordinary circumstances), we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact our team to review your situation.
