Bai picks it up where it's said, without anyone documenting anything, and hands it to whoever needs it: the one who asks, the one who's new, the customer writing from outside.
The team writes to it the way they'd write to a teammate, each from their own chat: a voice note from the site, a question, a decision that got made. Bai keeps what was said exactly as it was said, with who said it and when, and gives it back to whoever asks, however they remember it. And it speaks first: the morning report, what's about to expire, what got stuck. When nothing's worth it, silence.

What was said stays as it was said — the audio, the photo, the loose fact — with author and date. Bai doesn't paraphrase or "improve" without permission. That's why the memory can be read without Bai, and every new model reads it better.
When it doesn't know, it doesn't invent: it asks the person who knows, and the answer stays. The next one to ask the same thing interrupts no one.
Readable notes — author, date, tag — you can look at whenever you want and consult from outside Bai: Claude and any MCP client, read-only. It belongs to your company, and it's deleted the day you decide.
Bai takes a place on the team, not a position. It doesn't pretend to be human and replaces no one: the information belongs to the company; the skills belong to your team. Bai keeps the first from getting lost.
